THE CONTEXTTo mark his 30th birthday and personal evolution, music artist Mueve launched his debut album, En Otro Nivel. This album is a deeply personal body of work shaped by introspection, energy, and the rhythms of house music.
THE APPROACHI collaborated with Mueve to develop the visual language and art direction for his album, guided by his values: artistic energy, movement, and bold self-expression. I leaned into a sleek but emotional contrast, pairing the elegance of Pinyon Script Regular with the assertiveness of Polymath Display Semibold.
The result is a hybrid typographic voice: refined yet energetic, nostalgic yet modern. The imagery fuses blurred portraiture with grounded, natural landscapes reflecting both a sense of personal journey and expansive vision.
Additionally, I created collateral for Mueve’s Run Club, a 5K run/walk community event held the day before the album drop. This extension of the project fostered physical connection and community celebration, reinforcing the album’s themes of growth, movement, and emotional release. THE OUTCOMEThe En Otro Nivel launch established a compelling and recognizable brand identity for Mueve, setting the foundation for future visual projects and audience engagement. The promo campaign helped reach new listeners, while the Run Club event brought fans into a participatory experience grounded in Mueve’s evolving narrative. The project marked a successful fusion of music, design, and community, positioning Mueve not only as a DJ and performer but as a visionary artist worth following.
