About

Antonio Valverde is a queer Mexican-American multidisciplinary designer and visual artist based in Los Angeles. His work centers on visual storytelling that highlights underrepresented voices, blending cultural research, bold color, and playful design.

With an emphasis on image-making and design systems, Antonio’s practice explores how design can communicate emotion, identity, and connection. Every project begins with research, guiding his creative direction through imagery, history, and narrative. To help build atmosphere and emotional tone, he often creates music playlists tailored to each project’s vibe, letting sound and rhythm influence his visual decisions.

From branding to installation, Antonio’s practice is rooted in curiosity, care, and a commitment to expressive, community-driven design.

Or sometimes, just something fun and cool.

Open to freelance and collaboration opportunities.

Currently based in Los Angeles, CA.
